Shameless Promotion Alert: Talking About Safety Net Cliffs In DC.

I attended the Freedom and Progress 2024 conference in Washington, DC on November 17-19. For a policy nerd like me, it was an excellent conference with discussions on a broad range of topics from the national debt to Bitcoin to healthcare. I was grateful to participate in one of the panel discussions on the problems in America’s safety net system and what can be done about it. As you might know, our organization, the Georgia Center for Opportunity, has done a lot of research on this topic and proposed a number of potential solutions.
