SCOTUS Denies Appeal of Election Lawsuit

The U.S. Supreme Court denied a writ of mandamus filed by noted conspiracy theorist L. Lin Wood in its orders released earlier today. No opinion was given in the denial. The denial is the latest in a string of losses for Wood. Prior to this denial, the U.S. Supreme Court denied — again, in an unsigned order with no opinion — a writ of certiorari filed by Wood in his lawsuit against Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
