Refund & Replacement Policy

At Peach Pundit, we take pride in providing high-quality merchandise through our print-on-demand service. Since each product is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we understand that issues can arise during shipping, and we want to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement at no cost to you. To request a replacement:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged item.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  3. Email the details to tips@peachpundit.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once we verify your request, we’ll send out a replacement as quickly as possible.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Because we use a print-on-demand process, each item is created specifically for the customer at the time of purchase. This means we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
