BREAKING: Judge Scott McAfee throws out six counts in Trump case

In another blow to the embattled Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee has struck six of the counts on the indictment against Donald Trump and the other defendants. The charges related to urging the Secretary of State and members of the General Assembly to violate their oaths of office.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, “In a nine-page ruling, McAfee dismissed counts lodged against Trump, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, lawyer Charles Eastman, former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, attorney Ray Smith and attorney Bob Cheeley.”

More than 10 counts still remain against Donald Trump.
