The Importance of House District 42: The Game has Changed

Just when you thought the 2024 election couldn’t get any crazier, Robert F. Kennedy Jr endorsed a Republican on Friday which has changed the entire playing field – again.

This unprecedented decision has laid the groundwork for a different way to do politics. No longer do you have to vote along party lines because that’s what you’ve always done; no longer do you have to turn a blind eye to the left or the right silencing, canceling or removing someone from a ballot or position of influence.

Humans are creatures of habit. It can take seven days to create a habit, but anywhere from 18 to 250 to break it; and break it we must. It’s time to stop playing political games and allowing one party or the other tell us what to do or who to vote for. It’s time to be more like Kennedy, and even Tulsi Gabbard, and join together with the common goal to defeat the socialist agenda.

There is one person in Cobb County who currently stands between us and socialism – that person is Diane Jackson.

For those who have never cast a ballot for a Republican, I have to ask: do you think staying home or casting a ballot for a socialist will be in the best interest of Cobb County and our state? Diane Jackson is the sole warrior standing between you and a failed worldview that has never produced a positive economy, society or government.

Cobb House District 42 is the race that could not only change the landscape of the county, but also the landscape of the Georgia State House. Residents in this district are facing a choice – vote along party lines for a declared socialist in Gabriel Sanchez or vote for a moderate Republican in Diane Jackson.

Is this a risk our state can take? I don’t believe it is.

If Robert Kennedy and Tulsi Gabbard, two people who have been dragged through the mud for not following party rules, can still stand up and unify this country and their voter base through truth and honesty for the greater good of America then it would makes sense to do the exact same in Cobb County District 42.

We are not Republican or Democrat; we are human beings trying to survive, love our families and do well to our neighbors. We can only do these things in the land of the free and the home of the brave.

You are my brothers and sisters in this great nation, and I implore you to consider how you want to live and get out and vote against socialism in Cobb County District 42.
