David Clark Joins Race For Lieutenant Governor

Well, this one was not on the Peach Pundit Rumor Tracker (it’s on there now because I updated it).

State Representative David Clark announced today that he’s running for Lt. Governor.

Clark joins a field crowded with Senators: Steve Gooch, John F. Kennedy, and Blake Tillery have already announced, while rumors abound that Senator Greg Dolezal will soon join the fray as well.

Senator Josh McLaurin is thus far unopposed in the Democratic Primary for LG.

The race for Lieutenant Governor might end up being the most exciting race on the ballot.
