Morning Reads: Presidents’ Day 2025

The General Assembly is not meeting today, combining Valentine’s Day with Presidents’ Day for a much needed 4 day weekend. When they return tomorrow it will mark legislative day 18 with Crossover Day closing fast on March 6th.

You know I really love to point out how inconsistent the media is. They seem oblivious that they come across as biased while trying to represent themselves as impartial arbiters of the truth. But Republicans are painfully aware that they do not get a fair shake when compared with the fawning the media does of left leaning politicians. And we are told that the media is in love with free speech. Except when Republicans use it. Then it’s Nazism.
