I haven’t examined each resolution word for word, but they basically follow this form, as passed by the 12th District Committee.

The effort was started by Garrett Ashley, the immediate past chair of the Clayton County Republican Party. It will be interesting to see if other District and County parties pass resolutions as well. Nevertheless, it’s clear that for many GOP activists waiving RNC Rule 11 is a bridge too far.
