The race for the GOP nomination for Governor just got turned on its head. Billionaire businessman Rick Jackson announced this morning that he’s running and has loaned his campaign $50M.

Jackson is no stranger to Georgia politics, having supported numerous candidates for office over the years. Now he steps out from behind his desk to enter the fray.
