Vacancy: House Majority Whip

The Political Insider has gotten word that Rep Trey Kelley (R-Cedartown) is stepping down as House Majority Whip. This appears to be in connection with the case against him for his involvement in the accidental death of a bicyclist a little while back. He still plans to keep his seat, just no longer his position in leadership.

Now will begin the shuffling of leadership. I’m sure Remy has some thoughts and We’ll consult him later to see what they are.
