Fundraising Information From Various Races.

Fundraising information is trickling in. Let’s take a look.

In the race for the U.S. Senate, I gleaned these numbers from FEC reports for the 4th Qtr:

  • Jon Ossoff: $8.4M raised, $5.6M spent, $25.6M cash on hand.
  • Buddy Carter: $495k raised, $1.4M spent, $4.2M cash on hand.
  • Mike Collins: $648k raised, $797k spent, $2.3M cash on hand.
  • Derek Dooley: $1.1M raised, $676k spent, $2.1M cash on hand.

One of our Patreons put this information together about the candidates in Congressional District 1.

Among Democrats, some numbers are trickling in as well. In the race for Governor, Geoff Duncan and Michael Thurmond told the AJC what they had raised thusfar:

Duncan, the Republican-turned-Democrat, said he collected more than $1.1 million between his September launch and the Jan. 31 cutoff — a sum his campaign says includes more than 11,000 individual contributions. He didn’t say how much cash he had on hand.

<snip>

Thurmond’s filing shows he raised roughly $725,000 since entering the campaign in August. He loaned himself another $300,000. He ended with nearly $700,000 cash on hand.

The 13th Congressional District is one to watch. According to Niles Francis, three of David Scott’s four challengers raised more money than he did in the 4th quarter.
