If Not Kemp, Please Not MTG.

As the world waits for Governor Kemp to decide whether or not he’s running for the U.S. Senate, a round of polls are out showing that potential Senate candidate Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene would get absolutely slaughtered.

Other candidates might get slaughtered too, but with her high name ID it’s hard to see how she makes it competitive. Raffensperger also has high name ID, but performs much better than Greene. Insurance Commissioner John King, with all due respect, is not well known across the state. It’s reasonable to think he could improve his standing as Georgians get to know him.

Scot posted how, according to Trafalgar, she’s running away with the Senate nomination.

So, what will it be, Republicans? Certain defeat, or another candidate who might give the GOP a fighting chance?
